Multiply - PnP/Dischem rewards decreased by 40% for family; ActiveDayz health rewards also decreased?

Multiply: I was shocked to see that the amount spent at PnP and Dischem to claim rewards has gone down. We have a Multiply premier family membership and the maximum amount spent at PnP and Dischem used to be R5000 of which you then get a percentage back. However, your consultant I spoke to earlier today was not informed and was under the impression it is still R5000/family and R3000/single (I had to point her in the right direction). It seems to have gone down to R3000/family now - that is a whopping 40% down for a family and 33% for a single! Could someone please explain this to me as it does not make financially sense and seems to be ****************? Example: If I had to buy R5000 worth of groceries for my family today I would definitely not get the same amount of groceries I could bought 5 years ago - it just doesn't make sense to bring it down but we still pay the same price. Everything else is getting more expensive so why bring this down?

My second concern (after another consultant was also not able to assist and eventually hung up on me). It seems as though the health rewards for Active dayz have also gone down. Could I please get a break down of the rewards from 2018 and 2019 as it does not show any monetarily amounts on your website? Example: I used to get R40 for the 1st four active dayz per month. I see that it is now down to R30 for the 1st 4 active dayz (I can unfortunately not confirm the total amount as the month has not finished but both my husband and I get 16+ active dayz most months and our total was usually R400 if both had 16+ active dayz). Could someone please confirm this for me as well?

What else has gone down? Does this mean that I also pay less for my Multiply membership and Momentum plan?

I would like to personally thank Suresh for assisting with my concerns. Suresh has explained the changes of the Multiply rewards as well as the health returns. Furthermore, I would personally like to apologise for not seeing that PnP and Dischem rewards are now split and not combined as before, hence the difference in total spent pricing. Suresh has sent all relevant information with regards to my concerns and questions. Thank you!
