Multiply partners leave a lot to be desired

To be very honest, Momentum is great, however the partners they choose for the Multiply rewards are not.I am referring to Loot.co.za, I bought 2 items and paid for them to be informed there is no stock. I would like Momentum Multiply to sort this out please and refund me. To get hold of Loot is like impossible, this is unacceptable
