Multiply online store is a WASTE of time!
On Tuesday the 29th at 8 o clock in the morning I ordered two garmin fitness watches from you Multiply online store. <br> <br> I called on Monday the 4th to follow up on delivery, and I was told there is a 7 working day waiting period. I called again today at 12:52, and after holding for a few minutes got through to Tumi. I asked about the date of delivery, not only was she very slow in her response, she just cut the call before giving me a delivery date. <br> <br> Now I have to call AGAIN, wait AGAIN (previous call was 6 minutes) all to find out why you are late with your delivery? What is the point, if i constantly have to follow up. <br> <br> Waste of time using the multiply online store!
