Multiply Online Store

I ordered a fitness device on the Multiply online store on the 6th of January. Delivery is said to take 7 working days. <br> My friend ordered a similar device a day after me. Her device was delivered in less than 3 days. After 7 working days I sent an email and I even called Multiply. They could not tell me what was happening with my order and said they had raised it with their supplier and are waiting for a response. It appears that they must still be waiting as I have still not heard anything. They were kind enough to remove the device I ordered from their online store a few days after my email. I am guessing that perhaps there is no stock. If that is the case I would expect them to let me know, offer a refund or provide me with a similar device (basic customer service)<br> In fact if I were a Multiply employee I would not be waiting for a response. I would be calling the supplier daily to try get a response and follow that up by calling my client so that they understand that there is a problem and someone is trying to solve it. Unfortunately I have been left in the dark...
