Multiply Online Shop Limits+Issues & Momentum Multiply Inspire 5 criteria

Good day

After last weekend's maintenance, the Multiply Online Shop has had a lot of changes:

1. Rewards system changed completely. Still haven't received any sort of communication how to stay on Private Club/Inspire 5.

2. Our Annual Spending limits on the Online Shop and Vouchers changed more than 10k per limit.... This is a SIGNIFICANT change. When were you going to inform your members about this? I really hope this is an error and that it is now changed to PER MEMBER and not per family cause otherwise this is a deal breaker.

3. I've had 4 items in my Cart and yesterday I tried to purchase the items (couldn't over the weekend cause of maintenance), but it seems the discounted amounts never pulls through so the original purchase price stays. I've tried this morning as well, same result. I've contacted your online chat, I'm pretty sure in 2025 I still won't get any proper feedback to my queries.

4. Regarding the NEW 2024 Multiply Criteria, when were you going to inform your members? The month of January has been a dud as you can only get Active Days for that month but not Recharge days? So we losing out on Health Returns and/or points? Who knows, cause nobody has explained on how the new points/activities system work? How do you even get to Inspire 5? You can only use the app to check your points while from 2015 you could easily check it on a browser on Momentum's website...

Reviewer Update
Good day

Two agents have called, one from Momentum and one from the Multiply Onlineshop. One query has sort of been answered from the Momentum person and he said that the other queries will be dealt with from Multiply Onlineshop. The lady from the Onlineshop says that I don't have Multiply Premier (even though I pay every month for that) and that I have been switched to Multiply Inspire (which I didn't consent to or have any knowledge about the switch or what it entails) and that I don't get the discounts on the Multiply Onlineshop as I used to.

Why didn't you guys let us know in November last year (all of the other Medical Aids and rewards programs do that) that there would be significant changes and what it entails and that we must use of our voucher and shop limit. Now I have less voucher and shop limit, the discounts don't apply on my "Multiply Inspire" status (which is BS) and if you Google "Multiply options" you still only get Starter and Premier as options, but I'm on an imaginary option which haven't been communicated to its members
