Multiply online shop

Want to buy a makro voucher 1. App**** discount correct the 1st time but the payment failed with the 3rd party. 2. Tried again but now the discount is calculated wrong and my voucher limit has decreased. But i have bought nothing yet. Definitely a bug in the software. 3. Agent online tells me it can take 24-48 hrs to fix. That is unacceptable for a online business.
