Multiply Online Shop

<p>I have received absolutely terrible service from Multiply. I purchased Takealot vouchers from the online store and should have received them within 24 hours according to the T&Cs. It is now 3 days and I still have not received them. I have called the Multiply call centre 5 times, sent two emails and chatted to an agent online but everyone seems to not care, the same response is given each time "we will investigate and contact you later today". I have still not received any calls from Multiply regarding this. It seems as if everyone at Multiply is very incompotent and does not know what is going on at the store.</p>
