Multiply movie tickets benefit problems

<p>I tried to book a Nu Metro ticket at Hyde Park, but the site said it couldn't validate my Momentum Multiply benefit. I emailed and then called Momentum to ask for assistance. They couldn't help, but after 3 weeks, they sent me some 'free' movie tickets. Awesome! So tried to use them at Hyde Park... but they didn't work. Nu Metro says they'll work anywhere but Hyde Park :-(. Emailed and called Momentum again, and two weeks later they send some new tickets. I confirm with them that these will work at Hyde Park. Absolutely, for sure!</p> <p>Tried to book tickets again today...'free' tickets don't work at Hyde Park. Next nearest Nu Metro cinema is half an hour away.</p> <p>I wouldn't really mind, except for the amount of my time that inept Momentum has wasted!</p>
