<p>Hi.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered my voucher on monday the 26th June 2017 at 9am. i didnt recieve my vouchers so i emailed them again at 12:40pm on the 27th June 2017. Still no vouchers, so i emailed them again at 9am on the 28th June 2017. STill no vouchers, so i emailed them aganin now at 10:56 on the 28th June 2017. I even tried phoning them on the 28th June 2017. All i was told "sorry they having difficulties and i must just email them and i will get my vouvhers."</p> <p> </p> <p>I have have been emailing them and even phoned them. no vouchers have arrived yet. I'm very disapointed in their service. This has happened before and they reponse with " 24hr turn around according to their terms and conditions" but this has been more than 24hrs. Plus each time i have emailed them. no one has come back except for a auto response aknowledging my email.</p>
