Multiply Loot Vouchers Process Flawed

I bought R15000 loot vouchers on 19 Feb 2020 to buy an iPhone 11 from Loot.

The item showed in stock when I ordered it and the order went through. After lots of promises, Loot came back to me and let me know that they are sorry and can’t help me and credited my Loot account but only with the voucher amount.

I told them that i want the money back because i want to buy the iphone from another place. They said I must ask Multiply if I can get a refund on the vouchers.

Multiply says that the do not refund the vouchers.

I can do nothing with that vouchers because I want to buy a iPhone which Loot don’t have. So now I am stuck with vouchers I can’t use.

It is now June and Loot still don’t have any Iphones to sell. I DON’T want to use the vouchers for ANYTHING else. That is what I want to buy.

Now I am forced to use the vouchers for stuff that I DO NOT want to buy. The process is flawed in this instance.

There must be a way that Multiply can get the money back form LOOT.
