Multiply issues with profile, Safe Dayz isn't working.. AGAIN, Multiply Money isn't working... AGAIN. Queries doesn't get sorted out in the same month... Rant about Multiply points structure... AGAIN. Same old same old

Worst experience I have had the past couple of weeks with Momentum Health and Multiply.

I have a few issues with Momentum/Multiply and every time I just get send to another department and the issues don't get sorted out.

1. My Multiply Money account balance doesn't show on my Multiply account or on the app. For some reason my wife's Multiply Money app works now because that has been an issue in the past (in the past I had to request that Multiply unlock it for us cause we never knew how much money is in there cause it didn't show on our profiles).

2. Safe Dayz. I have a lot of emails and complaints regarding this. The app on both of our phones are recording the Safe Dayz, but it isn't pulling through/linking up to our Momentum / Multiply profiles. every time there is a new reason why this is happening and even though I've sent proof regarding the recorded trips, Multiply still hasn't done anything in the past 3 months to rectify this. I've checked the settings (the checklist is green), the journeys does get recorded so I think there is an issue with my profile (heard from a consultant that there is an error with my Multiply Money so why not with the Safe Dayz?)

Last evening I received an email from one of Multiply's consultants (rather not name shaming him/her right now) implying that it is my fault for not reporting the Safe Dayz problem................................... Maybe do your research and see that I've had issues with the Safe Dayz app not recording a few times the past few years, especially the start of each year and I've already reported this issue of Safe Dayz in AUGUST which still haven't been sorted out. How unprofessional is that from a consultant to go and blame the member for not reporting something if he/she clearly did so?

3. Lastly, getting increasingly difficult to achieve Private Club status while Momentum/Multiply forces you to buy more products to get more points and each year they diminish the product's points value so that you need to buy more products each year (quite scaly/clever if I might add). I was told this morning by said consultant that Multiply can chop and change the points structure how they see fit (yes and no, they must still keep all of the parties in mind while doing so) to help their members live more healthy and financial stable and what not (biggest BS I've ever heard in my life). I'll say it again, I've achieved Private Club status with 2 Momentum Products, I now have 6 and will barely make it this year cause the Safe Dayz points is meaningless and doesn't work, Multiply "stole" 150+ points from 2*** by changing the structure so that members are forced to buy more products (my current products was worth 570 points last year, now it is only 420 points even though I have those products for a longer term (should get more points as well), it is valued at much less now) and just to unlock more Active Days (which NEVER had to be done in the past), my wife and I had to go for fitness assessments which cost money (remember the 150 points, somehow Momentum/Multiply needs to make sure their partners get their funds; additional products/fitness assessments/Active Days can't be recorded on older devices (need to buy other fitness devices ie I'm with my 5th Garmin device now in 5 years), Safe Dayz can only be recorded on certain devices/Tiger Wheel & Tyre inspection to unlock more useless Safe Dayz ie TWT gets more clients) so don't give me that BS about live more healthy and have more financial freedom, these changes were only done to benefit Momentum/Multiply and its Partners. Multiply gives minimal points to that "grow your Multiply Money wallet" which only helps for buying stuff online at selected stores or your Health Saver account which is a medical savings account, not to be more financial independent as being told by the consultant. Rather put it in a normal Savings account/Money market or best, Retirement Annuity and you get great tax benefits, but hey, you get 5 points for putting R500 or more per month in the Multiply Money Wallet (which I can't access by the way, see point 1). More funds in the Multiply Money Wallets, more funds Momentum can use to lend and use the difference in interest rates for huge profits, economics 101.

I would really like to go back and have 2 products with Momentum and achieve Private Club status, but as we all know, that ship has sailed cause Momentum/Multiply forces you to get more products to enrich themselves and their partners.
