Multiply is the most useless thing ever

I cancelled my subscription to Multiply in June since the app was totally useless. Nothing worked on the app. There was no way I could reap any benefits from it. At the same time I cancelled my Momentum car insurance since I found another provider who offered me the same benefits at half the premium. The car insurance cancelled without problems and I never thought of keeping proof of my cancellation for Multiply. Multiply just kept deducting money from my account. I tried e-mailing Momentum, but didn't get any reply. When phoning Multiply it didn't go through. When I finally got through, I got cut off. Finally I used their Whatsapp number. They told me that there is no proof of me cancelling Multiply. I lost 6 months of payments that they refuse to refund. I just hope that it is really cancelled now. At least now I have the Whatsapp messages as proof.
