Multiply impossible goals to get to private club.

I recently went for my health assessment at Dischem. I was given a Green rating, multiply decided that they would not accept the report from Dischem and have given me an Amber rating which makes getting to Private Club impossible. The excuse Multiply have given me is that Dischem used an old form which I don't buy. In this day and age these forms are generated directly from Multiply. Absolutely unaceptable.
