Multiply Engage Plus

Momentum app is the most useless app I have ever seen. I am on Multiply engage plus and I cannot use my rewards and cash back as my digital wallet is not working. I tried to send emails to enquire about this with no success, I tried the call centre and one gentleman said I should use an email with a screenshot of my digital wallet. He has never gotten back to me since. The call centre people seem to not know what they are doing.

So many times I think of cancelling this membership because honestly it’s bit helping in any way. It’s been months now with this issue but I have never received any assistance.
