Multiply dodging to pay R1000 joining incentive

I joined momentum multiply program and was promised R1000 for belonging for 3 months and fulfilling criteria to qualify.

I did all this and on querying when I will receive my R1000 have twice been told that I didn't download the momentum app - which I actually downloaded most probably even prior to joining multiply but it has been on my phone for months.

I even phoned some time ago to check if I still needed to do anything to qualify and was told I just had to pay and belong for 3 months and I had done everything else.

This is so frustrating that they keep replying to me I haven't downloaded the app and don't bother to even read my reply or the wording of my query where I clearly stated that I have dowloaded the app.
