Multiply and their Online shopping service is appalling

Been fighting with Multiply daily on their AWESOME service and yet I'm still the one recommending Momentum over any other service provider in the industry. I have sent them every bit of evidence, reminders, follow-ups and more with standard no interest replies. Not a single person has escalated the issue or bothered to pick up the phone to assist.
