Multiply a ****?

I have been loyal member of Multiply for the better part of a decade. I have been part of private club for several years. In 2017 Multiply changed its points structure - you now need 1500 points to keep your private status. But this is impossible without giving out a lot more money than the benefit. Over the past month I have send about ten requests for a financial adviser to get into contact with me and my wife in order to get the financial points. But not once have there been contact or feedback regarding. I have spent a lot of money to try to keep my status but still - due to no response from multiply - I cannot get these points. We went to private consulting to get fitness tests, costing a fortune. We went for health check ups to get a few points (with me ending up in hospital due to Vasovagal syndrome when I did a blood test). How is this possible to get points when: - Multiply is impossible to get hold off? - Points thresholds are such that that you have to give out thousands of unnecessary Rands to buy all the Multiply products? - Fine prints and limits are such that savings are not nearly as much as advertised?

Seems the only way to get points is to lay a formal complaint due to unresponsive company?
