Multiply a Disgrace

I have tried so hard this year not to post on Hellopeter, but after 10 emails, 3 phone calls and 6 email feedback on the App. No proper help. Just 'pat' answers or no response. Here we are again. People must just read all the comments on Hellopeter regarding Multiply and they're all similar. What a joke they are! Every year they move the 'goalposts' to make it more difficult to achieve points and enrich themselves. I It is almost impossible to reach private Club unless you have been with Multiply for 5 years or more and have at least 4 products that you are paying for. They keep adding gimmicks to try help you reach your goal. 'Safe Dayz' - a real mess It does not work properly and set up so that you are penalised for the slightest thing. Roads with speed humps/stops no chance of 60%. Then the points are not allocated. Stay at home safe dayz do not exist because the program isn't working!! That's not our problem. I want my points. Then we now also have a Banking app. You must give them your password to access your bank account so they can check on your spending for 'so called' budgeting. But you must also indemnify them if your account is hacked - even by them!! This is an invasion of my privacy and I'm sure *******. I've contacted banking Ombudsman! The points are not allocated properly from your pedometer or from Safe Dayz App. I am missing 6 points and will not send another screen shot. Open my profile and check yourself!!
