Most Unprofessional Ridiculous Client Services

I am utterly disgusted at the conduct of Momentum. The MRA Division has been *******ly withholding my Pension Fund payout since the beginning of this month. They claim to have a court order which is a divorce summons not been issued or signed by me. I had sent them numerous emails and tried calling but everything falls on deaf ears especially with the Principal officer at Go Benefits. I'm at my wits end as I have two school going children who are without food and transport to get to school. We are soon to be without a house if this continues. Momentum has been the most unhelpful company I've dealt with. I would never ever take any products with them in future. Their staff are rude and unhelpful and they contribute to making people suffer especially children. It's sad that they conduct themselves in such a manner. They have no humanity or empathy whatsoever.
