More delays - pls help
I need urgent help - pls - I have been trying to get my pension payout sorted since the 3rd January - today I have made my 20th call and still not sorted. I am happy to share the call log of need be.
Every time I call I am told all my paperwork is in line it is with an administrator to sort and send to SARS. This morning I was told it has been sitting with an administrator since 10 January.
This is now ridiculous and unacceptable - I urgently need this payment - I have a bond, lights and everything to pay end of this month.
Pls can someone call me to sort - I don't just want the acknowledge email - I need a call from someone that can sort this morning
