Money paid to another party

I was in arrears with my maintenance due to a disability and unemployed. My RA was attached for maintenance arrears, unknown by me, and Court nor Momentum advised me until I am hit with large outstanding money on my tax.. R25000<br> <br> Investigate and find out Momentum paid and didn't advise me. Email correspondence from Momentum is that they worked out the tax on the ASSUMPTION and did not bother to check with sars if the amount they deducted was correct, in fact it was R25000 short, which in my view is negligence on their part.<br> The attitude is I'm obviously a S%4#T hole and deserve to be skwrewed.<br> <br> Point 2, money was not paid to me therefore according to SARS, should not be issued on a IRP5 against me but the receiver. Momentum says SARS is useless and does not know their own rules. Momentum rules supercede SARS.<br> <br> I must pay the tax for money not received coming out a 5 year period whereby I have been temp disabled and not had work . Ive spoken to 3 other brokors who all disagree with Momentum.<br> <br>
