Momentus baby bag not delivered and no feedback!!!

I joined Momentum Multiply and was very excited when I heard I would be receiving a free Momentus baby hamper (Caboodle back pack etc) I received an e-mail on the 04/08/2015 advising that my hamper was on its way and I would be sms'd a tracking # as well. The delivery is suppose to take 7 working days from the date of the e-mail. I contacted Momentum Multiply on the 7th day which was last Fri as I still hadn't received the hamper and was advised it was escalated and I would receive feedback no later than close of business, I heard nothing, I called again today only to be told It would be escalated again, I still have had no feedback, I have had to call Momentum multiply amount 4/5 times regarding this whole process, I am extremely annoyed and am seriously considering just cancelling my multiply!!!! Refilwe never gave feedback as promised nor has Saffeer both consultants.... <div><br></div><div>(Supplier name changed from Momentum Health to Momentum by Hellopeter.com)</div>
