MOMENTUN WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER

Momentum Life Insurance company is the worst insurance company ever. After 21 years of paying for a life policy not once were we contacted or had any correspondence from them regarding the status of the policy, not out of the blue this *********** excuse of an insurance company sent an email that the amount payable for this policy which has been consistent suddenly skyrocket to more than doubled the amount, no one had the decency or half a brain cell to inform me regarding this new amount, after contacting Momentum they cooked up some excuse about a step up amount which nobody bothered to consult with us or to inform us about this new so called amount which was just deducted from our bank account. We get the impression now that the painfully *********** management and staff either don't care or just not capable to communicate with their clients. After many telephone discussions with one of their *********** consultants we still are not happy with the results and will take this further after getting legal advice. We have told everyone how bad Momentum treats their customers and will take this to social media to expose the worst insurance company ever.
