Momentum's pathetic service

Momentum are pathetic. I have been waiting for my pension payout from 12th September 2024. They take long to answer their call centre line. I had to call 3 times to follow up and still no one can tell me when to expect my payout. They blamed IT. I don't work with IT. If you have my money, pay me when i put in a withdrawal claim. Since i am not contributing anymore, my payout is less than last week. I am also losing money now. I am about to lose my bond because of the incompetence of momentum staff. They promised to call me but i know no one will come back to me. To think that i almost took out a medical aid policy with? That would have been a huge mistake.
