Momentums bad service

Iam so disappointed in momentum, I have been trying to claim for my retirement funds from them for the past 8 months and no one is helping me in anyway all they do is give me a run around.. I take time of my personal life almost everyday to call them and all I get are consultants that hang up on me and give me a bad service, iam now in debts because of them..I have sent all the documents required of me but nothing tangible comes my way, IAM definitely not recommending anyone to do business with them..
