Momentum - worst service ever!
Unbelievable - no service. Have a RA with them that came to payout date. I received a letter with options to reinvest which I wanted to do. Mailed the e-mail addresses on the website (note lack of phone numbers) only to receive a call more than 2 month later - being told that "those e-mail accounts" are not monitor.
Person promised to send me documents to complete - well that was early April and still nothing.
In the meantime I have funds with them not working for me.
Terrible service - will never invest with Momentum again.
