Momentum - WORST service ever!!!!!!

Momentum has the worst service. Trying to reachout to them is an absolute nightmare!! Waste of time and money...on multiple occasions, was on queue for over 20 minutes then my call went through to an agent, who decided to keep quiet on the other end and I could hear him/her breathing!!!! With regards to the rest of the calls, they just disconnect after queuing for so long!!!

Sent emails prior, still not responded to - a week later!!!

WhatsApp chat line is useless to me at this point, even the Funds At Work site because for some odd reason- my ID number is not recognized!! How so, when I'm paying monthly towards my retirement!!

It's just ridiculous and frustrating!!! The Contact Centre....worst by far, might as well close it down!!
