Momentum - worst client experience ever!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been sending emails daily since 15/09/2024, asking someone to assist me with my claim. I have had NO response whatsoever from anyone at Momentum. I have given them my ID, email address and cellphone number, so there is no way they cannot trace who I am, yet NO reply to my query. I am utterly disappointed in Momentum.
