Momentum withdrawal

I resigned from my previous employer, it has been almost 4 months. I have also mailed and phoned Momentum for a status update on my withdrawal and all that I get is that we will call you back, after 2 months still no phone call or even an answer to the emails I have been sending. The excuse that I am getting is that there has been a holdup at the IT department for almost 3 weeks with the same answer and now it is we are waiting for SARS for a tax certificate, already from Monday to Thursday can it take that long? It feels like they are dragging their feet on purpose.
