Momentum utter incompetence

I've been trying to withdraw my pension from Momentum but they said it would take 7 to 14 days upon loading the instruction which I did. Then they sent me an email asking for my details 14 days later which I had already loaded and was told it would take 7 days. Then 3 days later they asked for my details and I was given the same story. Now I enquire about it 9 days after the last enquiry and they say they need my details again. In total its been over 28 days. I think they expect me to write this money off. This is incompetence at its finest
