Momentum **** up!!!

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MOMENTUM PENSION BENEFITS. I resigned on the 2nd of December 2024. My forms to withdraw funds was completed and sent through. I was then informed that the process will take 6 to 8 weeks. It is now almost 7 weeks and now I'm getting told it will take another 6 to 8 weeks as they only captured the documents in this week!!! I was relying on on the funds as I am getting married on the 18th as well as funds towards our honeymoon JUST TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY THESE *********** ****S WHO DON'T KNOW THE BACK OR THE FRONT FROM A HORSE. I called them again today just to hold on for 15min getting passed from pillar to post!!! Seems they employ people from the street who doesn't know what the **** is going on and getting told it's been escalated to management... JA, WHAT A JOKE MOMENTUM. THANKS FOR SPOLINGBWHAT SHOULD BE THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!
