Momentum Umbrella Fund via FNB refusing to release my funds

Momentum Umbrella Fund via FNB refusing to release my funds. I resigned from the company I worked for in August 2025 and filled in all forms Momentum / FNB wanted from me so they can transfer my money to my Discovery pension fund. Since then, they have asked for that same form 3 or 4 times and have asked for my ID copy maybe same number or times.

It’s 1 of 2 things, they are keeping my money on purpose and are dragging this process intentionally or they are too *********** to complete my transfer. Funny thing is I’m dealing with the same person that keeps asking me to fill in the same form over and over to a point where my Discovery financial adviser has also filled in the same form on my behalf a couple of times too.

It’s at a point now where, if my future employer is telling me that my pension will be with Momentum/FNB, I am turning down that employment offer.

Do better momentum. I’ve transferred my pension before from A.Forbes and it took half the time this process has taken already and this is still no resolution in sight on this transfer. I’m tired of typing emails and escalating to my previous employer and internally at Momentum/FNB.
