Momentum treats exiting customers like absolute *******

Completely disgusted with the service from all your staff, from call centre (Maggie) to client services (Danielle) and especially Aziza.

I have been waiting for my Withdrawal since November, in December I was told it was finalised in first department and when you returned in January, it would be sent to 2nd department and then to SARS.

I sent mail on 4 Jan and got response from Danielle saying that I must accept your companies apologies for any delay and that my claim has been allocated for urgent processing.

No one contacted me after that. I have been sending mails and calling, mind you, your calls constantly drop and I have to call 4 or 5 times before I get to speak to anyone.

On the 8th, When I eventually get through I spoke to Maggie, she put me on hold and came back saying Aziza is busy with it.i told Maggie I don't get any responses from the CTNS emails or any feedback from Aziza.

What is happening?

So when a person decides to withdraw their funds from your company we get treated like *******. Get told they have emailed, when clearly the only responses I do get are saying thank you for your email and someone will get back to me.

I asked Maggie if I could speak to management and she completely ignored me and put me on hold so she could speak to Aziza, I have emailed twice since then and still no feedback.

I have emailed I would like to speak to manager and I get completely ignored.

You need to start training your staff as they have pathetic customer skills and lie.

I have all mails and calls I made.

I want to speak to management. My urgent processing of claim as per Danielle is such a farce.

That is exactly the same comment I have had from multiple people in your company, It's always said to be escalated.

So how is yours any different?
