Momentum Transnet Fund withdrawal

I was dismissed in 2016 by Transnet freight rail. I went through the appeal process and didn't withdraw from the fund. My case concluded July 2020 and August 2020 i submitted my forms of withdrawal from the momentum pension fund.

After numerous enquiries, unanswered emails i finally spoke to a 'Thabang' who said my fund has been deposited into an FNB acc that i didn't know. I provided a Capitec acc.

I was informed the process will have to go through checks again. February 2021 I'm informed by a 'Nhlanhla' that my claim is with SARS and in 48 hours i should get positive feedback, i checked up with momentum two weeks later and was informed by a 'Kanna' that my claim is in the general enquiries folder without allocation, he further said that he doesn't understand why I'm not paid yet as i sent the correct and complete documents almost 6 months ago.

I have never received any correspondence from Momentum, i have to make all the calls to find out what is the delay. Does Momentum even consider that when i have been dismissed and withdraw from a fund it's because of financial difficulties? How do they think one can afford holding for an operator to answer a call for 20 mins?

Peter please help as my situation is already desperate.
