Momentum & the wait

Momentum...& the wait Hi..please note I was an employee @ saa I signed for my package on 14 September...knowing I was moving my pension and withdrawing a bit..when enquirering on how far my process was ,I was told I am still employed by saa..in October I made 2 trips to the bank to sign correct form..once submitted I asked again how long it will take then was told they waiting for a letter from fnb( I called home loans) was told letter was sent I then emailed communication to momentum and am still waiting response ( I did receive standard mail) stating that there is a delay...I find it unacceptable that people that have signed after me have been paid...also note I was not aware of the settlement of my bond..I have been extremely patient but now I would like to know when payment will be made..it is rather belittling to go to this resort to get some answers... please advise
