Momentum takes months to do a simple pension transfer

I changed jobs and needed my pension fund to be moved. Its been about 6 months now and this still is not complete. Momentum didn't even know where some of my funds were allocated when I contacted them. My tax is now overdue and I can't submit because of the outstanding tax directive which means, I'm being charged penalty fees now all because Momentum can't do a simple pension transfer. I would swear their employees get incentivized based on how long they can delay a simple pension transfer. To date the tax directive is not closed. I regret initiating this transfer.
