Momentum takes hard earned money

Good morning Policy number MP ********** Since I am immigrating I needed some advise on the above mentioned policy. To date I have not received anything. After sending numerous emails and not getting any response I then decided to cancel policy. The last debit order went through in January 2019 and I wait with bated breath to see if it goes through for February.

I have contributed R 8'286.00. Why is it that I have only received R 6'482.68? Your quick response to this will be much appreciated
