Momentum takes forever to payout on claims...
How long does it take for momentum to pay a funeral claim? I submitted my documents on Friday 25th March, and to date I haven't received my payout. I called momentum offices on Wednesday 30th March to follow up and still nothing.. To add I had the same issue with momentum of taking too long to payout a few months back. If 7days is momentum's turnaround time on funeral claims, I rather cancel my policy with momentum.

I suppose that you is how Momentum treats their clients. Momentum never fails on deducting their premiums, but when it's time to pay up it's s delays or its stuff hanging up call on clients...
