Momentum system is confusing and unhelpfull
I resigned by my company and got a text with a link. I took a bit too long too respond and it expired. I tried calling them to assist but the way they explain it I have no idea what to fill in their forms and is now stuck on claiming my money that I urgently need access to. Apparently you have to withdraw a certain part and leave 2 other parts or transfer it but it makes no sense to me
