Momentum surrender of policy
Shocking service from Momentum. My mum in law requested to surrender her policy. Fnb Broker got in touch with Momentum almost 3 weeks ago. Confirmed to her R220166. Will be paid if she surrenders the policy. She agreed. Now we hear its dropped to approx. R186k. This us totally unacceptable. We want what was discussed and agreed please with no more delays. It seems like this was a delaying tactic by Momentum. Please sort this it urgently
