Momentum super slow... or super spiteful...

We have been waiting for over 180 days for Momentum, to send us recognition of Transfer... the Tax clearance... now we cant close the polis... When phoning you can never reach the right person there... this is very frustrating and unacceptable from Momentum.... can someone please contact me... *** so we can sort this out please...
