Momentum suck

I am severely disappointed with Momentum health

I registered my claim for provident payout since I am moving jobs. Was advises there is a lengthy process which I mentally prepared for. However I emailed them to advise I cannot afford significant delays on this payout, and what transpires? Significant delays.

I emailed them multiple times requesting an update or to advise if anything is outstanding. No response. I call them this morning, nearly two weeks after submitting the claim and was advised they are waiting on a yes or no answer from me with regards ro a retirement portion.

That could have been sent via email. Someone could have responded to my multiple emails asking this stupid yes/no question yet nothing came from momentum.

My financial situation is going to be completely messed up due to this delay. Late payments to debtors etc since I am only starting my new job in March.

Shame on momentum for withholding MY OWN MONEY from me for an arbitrary reason.
