Momentum should not be administering pension funds.

Momentum is absolutely the worst. I used to work for FNB and out staff pension fund was administered by Momentum. Yesterday I called to their call centre and was cut off after 7 1/2 minutes from their side. I called their call centre again and had to drop the call after holding on for 15 minutes. I then emailed the email address on system for my tax certificates during my years of membership and received no response from them.

These greedy companies do not hire enough staff to meet their service demands and as a result their clients suffer as a result.

Momentum you should not be administering other companies pension fund if you do not have the capacity to do so.
