Momentum section 14 process is very slow

@momentumcorporateclient I am in the process of doing a section 14 (transfering my pension funds from Momentum), however communication on Momentum's side of the process is absolutely **********. I have asked multiple times what the ETA will be. I am not sure if all documentation is in order and in all honestly it feels like a intentional lack of enthusiasm to get it done.
