Momentum SA is unprofessional and unreliable

I only gave them a star because I have to rate but if I could I would not give them any stars. I complained on this platform on the 30th of November 2022 and that day Momentum SA was very proactive, in calling me that is, but till this date I haven't received my money. I sent them all the documents that they might need and signed everything that they need but still bombard me with the same questions. Although now they have re-allocated my claim to someone who seems not to have an r record of the documents that I sent through. Now I need to explain my situation and send forms and documents that I have sent to them multiple times. Momentum SA how do you move a claim case to someone else without giving them the supporting details, it's extremely unprofessional. I have been waiting for my money for a very long time now and it is very frustrating.

I do not want to be called just to hear your people explain to me something that I already know, for the 100th time. I just want my funds to be placed in the account that I provided you.
