If I could give you no stars I would!!!

My Financial Planner requested 1/3 lumpsum payment from my Retirement Annuity with your company at end of October 2023. You advised that I had outstanding taxes and therefore my funds could not be paid across.

I have now resolved all tax issues and my Financial Planner requested payment of the funds to me last week. I received an email from your company today stating that the funds were paid to me in Nov 2023!! I called your call centre and was told by "Beryl" that she can't find my funds - not reflecting on the system. I have told her that your company has obviously ****** my funds!

I would NOT recommend your company to anyone to invest with, even if you were the sole investment company!! If you do not call me with an explanation of where my funds are, and make payment tomorrow, I will not only write to the media, I will register a ******** case of ***** against your company!!
