Momentum robbing intermediary

I worked as an intermediary for Bestsure Brokers underwriting for Momentum.<br> <br> The 2008 recession took its toll and I had to look for other work at the end of 2009 with Spar as a Security officer to survive. One of the policies which I wrote during my time with Momentum lapsed and I was informed of this in 2011. I was placed on ITC due to the policy and requested to pay back R 14,242.83. <br> <br> I could only pay R 250 to R 300 a month.<br> <br> I have paid almost R 13 000 to date.<br> <br> According to their attorney I still owe: Balance owing as at 15 October 2015 - 21,143.20 <br> <br> I was also told according to the attorney that once I am close to the initial amount will they discuss the matter with Momentum. <br> <br> I need help to resolve this as it has been 5 years and Gerings Attorneys is not in the mood to help.<br> <br> I have 2 baby's, a sick mom, work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week. <br> <br> I loved to work for Momentum and they treated me well, but this is the aftermath.
