Momentum Rip-Off

One star is too much for this company. Should be minus minus. Have had a life policy with Momentum for 19 years. The premiums have become too expensive. Have paid in +R75000.00 over the past 19 years. Am now told surrender value is R1023 and paid-up value is R4408. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE WITH THE R75000? The policy states there would be "possible CASH benefits" of R22061 after 15 years. When broker enquired with Momentum..was told the company has NOT PERFORMED WELL ENOUGH over the 19 years to honour the cash value of R22061...(Really?? Are they about to go bankrupt??) So what did they do with my R75000? That they cannot even afford to give me back R22061??? Do they not invest the money they receive??? To enable them to have cash values after 19 years?? WHAT A BAD JOKE MOMENTUM IS...THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN AND STOP RIPPING US OFF...ANY OTHER BUSINESS...THIS WOULD BE CLASSED AS THEFT.
