Momentum retirement is the worst 😡

The father of my child worked for COJ and he unfortunately passed away last year July. The HR from this workplace submitted all the necessary documentation and still we have not received anything from momentum. Instead we are taken pillar to post and have to wait for around 40 mins on the line to be told the same story over and over again. The claim is being handled by Nomathemba Nkosi and Maureen Letwaba. I called Nomathemba about a week ago to find out about the status of the claim, she said she’ll call me back with more information but I’m still waiting even Now. My child was financially dependent on her father and it’s almost a year later and no funds have been received from momentum.
