Momentum retirement claim.

I’m so disappointed and disgusted…… Its been more than a month since i submitted my withdrawal form application (Telkom Retirement Fund) every time when i follow up they keep on telling me new stories about my claim, at first they **** that they are waiting for my company contribution for August were not received, I contacted my employer to check why it was not paid, employer confirmed that the payment was submitted on the 31st of August. I went to heard office in Sandton for clarity Zane confirmed that a payment will be done month end but still nothing. Zane, Shane they always tells lies two weeks ago Mandisa escalated to their manager Amanda she advised that the claim will be processed and submitted to SARS. Amanda advised to contact me again last Friday but she did not return my calls for an update, I called in today she was no where to be found still the team couldn’t assist, I went to SARS to confirm if the request has be received, nothing has be send to SARS from Momentum.
